‘The Need for Disruption’ – 2020 Diversity League Table/Case Studies

We are delighted to launch the 2020 edition of BSN’s Diversity League Table/Case Studies (DLT2020) at an event hosted by Allen & Overy.  The Diversity League Table (DLT) is sponsored by The Law Society and has been widely considered to be the legal profession’s leading diversity reporting initiative and publication.

With this edition, we aim to inspire law firms, Chambers and other organisations in shaping your initiatives, culture and strategy to help shift the dial on gender and race equity, diversity and inclusion.  DLT2020 draws together learning from 7 law firm case studies about successful change on diversity and inclusion in the profession.

The launch event will feature a preview of the findings of DLT2020 by BSN’s lead researcher, Professor Peter Urwin, and a panel discussion entitled ‘The Need for Disruption’, chaired by DLT2020 Editor in Chief & BSN Chair, Paulette Mastin.  Speakers include:

  • Stephanie Boyce, President of The Law Society of England and Wales
  • Raphael Mokades, Founder and MD at Rare
  • Ama Ocansey, UK Head of Diversity and Inclusion at BNP Paribas

We hope you will join us for what promises to be an exciting and insightful event!
