2013 Minority Lawyers’ Seminars

The Bar Council, the Law Society and the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) are proud to announce the second of this years’ Minority Lawyers’ Seminars. The seminars, alternating between London and the regions, are covering some of the challenges around career development, with a focus on supporting lawyers from minority communities.

Programme:

Ranjit Thaliwall, President of the Leicestershire Law Society, will open the seminar. Gelaga King, Vice Chair of the Bar Council’s Equality and Diversity Committee, will provide an overview of the future legal market. A panel of practitioners, including Yvonne Brown, Millicent Grant and Jimmy Ogunshakin will be available to answer questions, followed by a networking session.
