This seminar is intended to provide firms with a technical update and practical support for COLPs and COFAs.

Who should attend:

The seminar is geared to the needs of sole practitioners and those in firms with four or fewer partners. To enable maximum participation by smaller firms, delegate numbers are limited to 2 per firm. If you are the firm’s designated COLP or COFA, do not miss this vital update.

Speaker Profile: Pearl Moses is the Law Society’s Risk and Compliance Manager. She is a solicitor with over 12 years experience in private practice, legal publishing, complaints resolution and customer services. Pearl joined the Law Society in 2003 and since then has held a range of regulatory roles including Senior Technical Adviser with a policy formulation, training and adjudication remit. Pearl is a sought after speaker and consultant specialising in onsite diagnostic interventions to help firms embed sound risk management principles and best practice client care and complaints handling processes.
